  3. Oooh! I love that dance video and the Smash the Scale thing made me misty eyed with gladness!

    I'm trying to lose weight to be healthy (I'm 5'3" and 174...not the healthiest).
    But I do need to keep in mind that MY body doesn't look like anyone elses, and that's what makes it perfect...perfectly me! Thanks for the reminder via sharing!

    1. No problem! I'm super body positive, but if someone wants to change their body (lose weight, surgery, etc) I'm 100% behind that! In a perfect world, everyone would love their body, but if someone doesn't and they want to change, I say go for it!
      I'm looking into hooping for myself because of the weight gain from medication changes since moving to Japan. :)
